Welcome to the year-round programs of the Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute!

Along with our annual centerpiece event, the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, we plan to feature a range of exciting documentary programming events throughout the year, both in the Hot Springs area, and in other parts of Arkansas and the region.

Taking place at the Circle, the 2024 Tulsa Hot Doks is a one-day event featuring the Oklahoma premiere of two breakout documentary feature films which debuted at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival: Sugarcane and Look into My Eyes. In addition, the event will feature special guests, as well as a reception marking the launch of the partnership, and even a live seance!

Joining us for the event will be renowned psychic Nikenya Hall, proprietor of the Achieving Balance Counseling and Holistic Center in New York, who is one of the people profiled in Look Into My Eyes. Nikenya, a Tulsa native, will be our featured guest for the Q&A and will lead a seance including audience participation.

Passes are $20 for Circle Cinema members and $25 for non-members and include admission to both screenings, the séance, and the reception. Single film tickets are also available for $12. Special discounts are available to 2024 HSDFF Pass Holders. Tulsa Hot Doks is sponsored by Arvest Bank of Tulsa.
We hope to see you in Tulsa on Saturday May 18th! This one-time live event is not to be missed!
